Las predicciones del Astrónomo Finkelstein estan fundamentadas, no en lo que los extraterrestres hagan o no hagan, sino en los avances tecnológicos que la humanidad está conquistando continuamente y esto generará que, por sí mismos, propicien tales encuentros con los Aliens de otros mundos o planetas cercanos.
